What shipping options are available?

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

  • Standard Shipping - ₹200 (free on orders above ₹8,500): Ships via surface (road/rail). Dispatched within 3-5 business days. Estimated delivery: 3-5 business days for metro cities, 5-7 for Tier 2, and 7-10 for Tier 3 and remote areas - all post-dispatch.

  • Express Shipping - ₹300 (all orders): Ships via air for faster delivery. Dispatched within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery: 1-3 business days for metro cities, 2-4 for Tier 2, and 3-5 for Tier 3 and remote areas - all post-dispatch.

Delivery timelines are post-dispatch estimates based on Shiprocket’s courier network and vary by destination pincode. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.

When will my order start processing?

Business days are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm IST, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 3pm IST on a business day will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹8,500.

  • Orders below ₹8,500 are charged a flat ₹200 for standard shipping
  • Express shipping is charged at a flat ₹300 on all orders, regardless of order value
How do I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it to follow your package in real time via Shiprocket’s tracking portal.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been dispatched yet. To cancel, email us at info@dmuri.com with your order number and ‘CANCEL’ in the subject line.

Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible - but you may initiate a return after delivery as per our returns policy.

Cancellation refunds are processed as store credit (coupon code).

📌  Requests without ‘CANCEL’ in the subject line may not be actioned in time.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within India only. We hope to offer international shipping in the future - stay tuned!

Can I combine two orders into one shipment?

Unfortunately we are not able to merge separate orders into a single shipment. Each order is processed and dispatched independently. We recommend adding all items to your cart before placing your order to avoid this.

I haven’t received my order confirmation email. What should I do?

Please check your spam or junk folder first - confirmation emails occasionally land there.

WhatsApp us at +91 95600 89409 with the name and contact details used at checkout and we’ll look into it right away.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We accept return and exchange requests raised within 48 hours of delivery.

The 48-hour window begins at the time your order is marked as delivered by our courier partner.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In their original condition with all tags intact
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or invoice)

📌  Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Requests raised after 48 hours cannot be accepted.

What items are not eligible for return or exchange?
  • Sale or discounted items - items purchased at a discounted or sale price are final sale. Items bought at full price are not affected if they later go on sale.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way
  • Accessories and innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

Can I return just one item from a multi-item order?

Yes - you don’t need to return your entire order.

You can raise a return or exchange request for individual items as long as each item meets our eligibility criteria and the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.

Please specify clearly which item(s) you are returning in your email.

📌  The ₹200 reverse pickup charge applies per return request, not per item.

Do you offer gift wrapping or personalised notes?

Not yet - but it’s something we’re working on. Watch this space!

How do I raise a return or exchange request?

Step 1: Email us at info@dmuri.com within 48 hours of delivery

Step 2: Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange, and the reason

Step 3: If reporting a fault, share clear photographs and a video (see below for how to share proof)

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with next steps.

I received a faulty or damaged item. What do I do?

We’re so sorry! Please contact us at info@dmuri.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • At least two clear photographs of the item and the fault
  • A clear, uncut video of the fault (maximum 2 minutes) - share via a Google Drive or WeTransfer link, or send to our WhatsApp business number +91 95600 89409

Once verified, we’ll offer a full refund to your original payment method (default) or an exchange - whichever you prefer.

📌  Valid proof of fault is required to process any resolution. Without it, we will be unable to proceed.

What refund options are available?

Depending on your situation and payment method, we offer:

  • Store credit — Available for all eligible returns and exchanges
  • Exchange — Swap for a different size or a product of equal value

Refunds are not available for change of mind, sizing issues, or COD orders. We encourage you to refer to our size guide before placing your order.

How does reverse pickup work?

We arrange reverse pickup for all approved return and exchange requests via our logistics partner, Shiprocket. You don’t need to arrange your own courier.

Once your request is approved, our team will share pickup details within 2-3 business days. Please ensure the item is packed securely and ready for collection at the address provided at checkout.

📌  Reverse pickup is subject to Shiprocket’s serviceability at your pincode. In rare cases where pickup isn’t available, we’ll provide alternate instructions.

Is there a charge for returns?
  • Change of mind / sizing: A flat reverse pickup charge of ₹200 will be deducted from your store credit. For example, a ₹1,500 item will result in a ₹1,300 coupon code.
  • Faulty or damaged items: D’muri covers the full reverse pickup cost. No charges are deducted.
What refund options are available?
  • Change of mind / sizing: Store credit issued as a coupon code (default). Exchanges are available subject to stock availability.
  • Faulty or damaged items: Refund to your original payment method (default), store credit, or exchange.
  • Order cancellations: Store credit issued as a coupon code.
When will I receive my store credit or refund?

All resolutions are processed after the returned item has been received at our warehouse and passes a quality inspection.

  • If the item passes inspection, your store credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt
  • If the item does not pass inspection (e.g. signs of use, missing tags, or damage not reported at the time of the request), the return will be rejected and the item will be sent back to you
What if my exchange size or item is unavailable?

Because we produce in small batches and limited size runs, your preferred size or item may not always be in stock. In this case, store credit will be offered as an alternative (after deducting the ₹200 reverse pickup charge where applicable).

How does store credit work?

Store credit is issued as a coupon code to the email address associated with your order. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of issue
  • Applicable on full-price items only
  • Cannot be used on sale or discounted items
  • Cannot be combined with other discount codes or offers
  • Holds no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash
What payment methods do you accept?

We use Razorpay as our payment gateway, which supports a wide range of payment options:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
  • UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and all UPI apps)
  • Net banking (all major banks)
  • Wallets (Paytm, Mobikwik, and others)
  • EMI (credit card EMI and cardless EMI options)
  • Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL)

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. D’muri does not store any card or payment details.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes, completely. All transactions are processed via Razorpay, which is PCI DSS compliant and uses industry-standard encryption. Your payment details are never stored on our servers.

Can I use a discount code and store credit together?

No - store credit coupon codes cannot be combined with other discount codes or promotional offers. Only one code can be applied per order.

I was charged but my order wasn’t placed. What do I do?

This can occasionally happen if the payment is processed but the order confirmation doesn’t go through. Please email us at info@dmuri.com with your payment reference number and we’ll look into it right away. In most cases, the amount is automatically refunded by Razorpay within 5-7 business days if the order wasn’t created.

Why isn’t my discount code working?

A few reasons your code might not be working:

  • The code has expired or already been used
  • The code is being applied to a sale or discounted item (store credit codes are valid on full-price items only)
  • There may be a typo - codes are case-sensitive

Will a sold-out item come back in stock?

Our pieces are produced in limited quantities and are not restocked once sold out.

Each drop is exclusive - we recommend grabbing what you love before it’s gone!

How do I find the right size?

Measure your body, not your clothing, and compare against our size guide below. If you are between sizes or prefer a relaxed fit, we recommend sizing up.

Please allow a tolerance of 0.5 inch / 1 cm due to handcrafted construction.

How to measure:

  • Bust - Measure around the fullest part of the chest, keeping the tape level.
  • Waist - Measure around the narrowest part of the waist, usually above the navel.
  • Hip - Measure around the fullest part of the hips.

Where are D’muri products made?

All our pieces are handcrafted in India. The handcrafted nature of our garments means each piece may have slight variations - we consider this part of its character.

How should I care for my D’muri garment?

Our pieces are handcrafted and deserve a little extra care to preserve their quality and life.

  • Dry clean or gentle hand wash recommended
  • Avoid harsh detergents, bleach, or strong treatments
  • Do not machine wash or tumble dry

📌  Taking good care of your garment ensures it stays beautiful for longer. When in doubt, dry clean.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Not at all! You can check out as a guest. However, creating a free account lets you track your orders, view your order history, and manage your details in one place.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No worries! Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and we’ll send a reset link to your email address right away.
