We want your D’muri order to reach you quickly and safely. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

1. Domestic Shipping (India)

We ship across India via our shipping partner, Shiprocket. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.


2. Shipping Options

Standard Shipping : ₹200

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by Shiprocket and may vary by destination pincode and courier partner assigned. They are not guaranteed delivery dates.


3. Business Days & Order Cutoff

Business days are Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm IST, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders placed before 3pm IST on a business day will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3pm IST, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing from the next business day.


4. Complimentary Shipping

  • Complimentary standard shipping on all domestic orders above ₹8,500.

  • For orders below ₹8,500, a flat shipping charge of ₹200 applies at checkout.

  • Express shipping is charged at a flat ₹300 on all orders, regardless of order value.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package in real time via Shiprocket’s tracking portal.


6. Important Notes

  • Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. D’muri will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect address details.

  • Dispatch and delivery timelines are estimates. Actual delivery may vary due to weather, public holidays, regional disruptions, or courier network delays beyond our control.

  • Delivery timelines for remote locations, including parts of the North East, may exceed the estimates above depending on geographical constraints.
